All advisory service centres and the outreach teams provide information and consultation as well as support for migrant workers regarding the following issues:

• employment contract
• remuneration
• protection against dismissal
• working hours
• labour and health protection
• trade agreement

Services are confidential and free of charge. Our team is multilingual and can be approached in German, English, Polish, Romanian, Russian and Ukrainian. We can provide translators for additional languages if required by the advisee.

Who are our services directed at?:

• migrant workers of the EU-28 states working in Germany under the Free Movement of Workers Act
• posted workers from EU-28 or other states as well as contractors for work and services
• seasonal workers
• self-employed workers
• third-country nationals holding valid work permits
• migrant workers not affiliated with unions
